.I would never use them again.
I ordered flooring from luna.
The crew showed up about 3 hours late for the first installation appointment.
Then the crew informed me that they had not brought enough flooring to complete the job.
The second crew that came out had to completely redo the work of the first crew.
Apparently the first crew had not done the job properly.
Moreover, they too ran out of flooring.
I understand possibly falling short of materials a first time, but to not bring enough to complete the job the second time is unacceptable.
So they set up a third installation appointment.
Kate, the customer service manager, assured me that the crew would be on time and bring enough materials to finish the job.
I then scheduled a fourth day when they finally showed up to finish the installation.
All told, i spend 4 days waiting for installation crews to install flooring into a bedroom and hallway.
Kate and the other customer service managers were completely unhelpful in addressing the problems i had.
